hey guys, Im trying to figure out how to make a part of a texture that almost all police vehicles have..... Take a look I am trying to figure out how to make the part of the texture circled in the attached file (Swoosh with the star).... Thanks

Sorry for the noobish mistake :/ i didint know you had to actually get permission because my friend just gives credit and hes says that's all you need to do to "Redistribute" Anyways 1.5 now just has the skin. My first skin :D *You will not receive the model, just the skin* Here is the first skin i made i will be making more security ones... (CVPI, Taurus,etc.) (The model in the pics is made by gfxle all credit goes to him, and he can be found on GtaPoliceMods.com) PS: the model is multiplayer tested and is stable.
