I've been having a problem with my "car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on" value in visualsettings.dat. the night value works just fine, but when I increase the value of car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on, nothing happens in game, and there is no change. the only change is the brightness/ intensity of the lights when they are inside something (like a tunnel) is there value or multiplier either in visualsettings or timecycles that would fix this?

I've had success getting Liberty City Rewind to work, however whenever i load the game up my camera has this sway to it. (I believe its the sway that happens whenever you're on the aircraft carrier in game. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Being making it so that doesn't happen, or removing the camera sway?
