I created a fictional, lore friendly, department complete with trains, a police car, and a police uniform, for an agency called the San Andreas Transit Authority(SATA), hope you enjoy.

Installation
Train: requires the Overhauled Trains mod, linked above. Simply replace the files with the ones you want from the train folders. If you don't know how to do that, there are tutorials online, its not very difficult.
FPIU: Same thing, replace the file, has a K9 livery as well. There are lots of tutorials online showing how to install addon cars and swap liveries.
Uniform: Requires the newer updates to eup, can be replaces with the general uniform, short sleave and long sleave in importexport, or to the uniforms in SUP, makes no difference.

I wanted an windbreaker SAHP windbreaker jacket because the rain jacket looks stupid, so I made one. If you want to edit or make changes to this texture, that is fine I spend 15 minuets making this
