I created a fictional, lore friendly, department complete with trains, a police car, and a police uniform, for an agency called the San Andreas Transit Authority(SATA), hope you enjoy. Simply replace the files with the ones you want from the train folders. If you don't know how to do that, there are tutorials online, its not very difficult. FPIU: Same thing, replace the file, has a K9 livery as well. There are lots of tutorials online showing how to install addon cars and swap liveries.
