  1. Vehicle mods, where to start?

    Hello! I am new to the LSPDFR community and have just downloaded LSPDFR, i am able to get that to work but do not know how to properly install vehicle mods and get the to work in game. I am planning to download a FSP car pack. I just need help on how to get this to work. I would appreciate all and any help! The only things I have downloaded are LSPDFR, and Rage Pluggin hook, what do i do next?
