    I have also been having the same issues. I installed LCPDFR and about 25% of the time, the rage plugin hook worked and I was able to play the game. I downloaded ELS and multiple vehicle mods. When I was in the game I was unable to pull up these mods. I’m not sure if I’m doing it wrong or what. i just deleted my GTA V file to start from scratch. I was unable to get into the game.
