Im sorry i forgot to update to 1.0.7.0 my bad can i close this?

Hello , I have GTAIV 1.0.0.0 and I used LCPDFR Automatic Installer v.91 and I checked all the files and they are in the appropriate places as stated on the website. I have included a log with the support tool provided and the error I get when i try to start GTA.
