The issue has been solved. Remove Arrest manager completely from GTA V directory and everything will work again with traffic manager and Police radio. - Topic is closed.

How do I remove the Police Computer, it's inside the LSPDFR and how do I remove backup manager?

I don’t have Police Computer installed or neither Backup Manager, maybe you mean RagePluginhook backups?

In the game it said to search for Albo in the log to see the problem. (The problem is at the end of the log somewhere btw) RagePluginHook.log
