  1. Police PA System Audio Location?

    Greetings all, and Happy Easter. I'm new here, and wasn't sure of where to post this, but I've been looking at modifying the PA system audio for the police (i.e. the stuff such as "THIS IS THE LSPD! I'M GONNA SHOOT TO KILL!"). Would anybody happen to know where these files are located? Thanks.
