I have all the scripthookvdotnet files, scripthookv + native trainer.

A year ago I installed mods like menyoo, but they didn't work, so I just gave up on trying to find out what the problem was (also I couldn't get lspdfr to work back then for some reason). A couple of days ago I installed lspdfr (cuz of quarantine and boredom lol) also installed simple trainer and of course simple trainer didnt work. So i gave up on that too. Then I found out that i should get ELS for better lights and siren control as well as new cars, then i found out that none of it worked; no clicking sounds and lights not flashing (only the taillights). So i did a lot of research on how to fix it, but nothing really helped. Also on some of the cars the sirens doesn't turn on as well as there also is just a stock horn on on it. I've tried re-installing ELS and uninstall everything in asi manager and restart my pc, but nothing works. HElp plz?
