Every time i spawn or even try to load up lspdfr, it crashes either on the black screen RPH LOG RagePluginHook.log

After installing a mod and it not working I believe it may have downgraded my game some how, I could be wrong. However, now I'm trying to update my game and it is not updating my game 1.0.1868.1 which is the latest version of GTA 5. I've gone through Steam and went in the update section to mess around and I've restarted my PC so steam could update the game. However, I've had no luck, my game is some how still at version 1.0.1868.0 would anyone know of any steps or some information that would help lead me in the right direction before I consider reinstalling LSPDFR and all my files.

I've gone into my steam, from there I went to "UPDATES" and changed it to "Always keep this game up to date" after this I have restarted my PC, for it to still not update. Is their any other way to potentially update the game?

How do I update it because everytime I start RPH or the GTA 5 it doesn’t start. Do I go in (Properties or some file to update it)? I’ve uninstalled it, but I think it’s downgraded my game to 1.1868.0 version of gta 5

I have recently installed https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/24752-san-andreas-tree-project/. After installing this my game has been crashing on startup. Can someone help me please!!!! RagePluginHook.log
