    Hey guys. So my problem is that my emergency lights are looking matt and not that bright like in my old version.I installed radiance V and some more mods like thise but nothing helped. My grapic setting are on High and normal. I cant fix it i closed nvidia and my Antivirus stuff. What should i do ? The light look kinda blue/white but the flares are shining Blue... Sorry for my bad english Pls help me
