So yeah, i was moddding and everything went fine i downloaded redux etc. Then i found out i couldn't open LSPDFR. I tried so many things at the end i made a fresh re-install, nothing is downloaded except lspdfr. First i was able to open it without any problems. Now i just installed alot of plugins (Only related to lspdfr) the game opened up and worked. Everything worked fine, then i crashed after pressing a button related to arrest manager; I tried to open up lspdfr again - This time Ragepluginhook wouldn't hook and it ended with a message (Error: Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad Anti-virus) I am able to get into the game after this but lspdfr wont work. I then removed every plugin so it only was lspd back but yet again it says the same. I am not able to open lspdfr after i have crashed with a mod, only time i acutally will works is if i restart my pc or reinstall lspd i have tried so many things even run it as adminstator. But i just have do either one of those things to get the mod working again. Can someone help?
