    March 19th 2020 which is the latest version Not evaded but I just can't handcuff them at all. The suspect is just standing with his hands up and he won't lay down.

    I don't know if it is my end or RAGE Plug but every time I stop a suspect I cannot hand cuff them. I press and E and everything. I even tried restarting the game or restarting plug-ins but it does not work. Does anyone know how to fix it.? I tried everything.
