    Hello there, I need some assistance. So yesterday I installed LSPDFR installation went smoothly all good. Then when I got bored of the default cars I went to install a modded vehicle with ELS to be exact the Blain County pack. All installed and looked good... then all excited I load into a game try and turn on the lights and nothing. I then went to install the emergency lighting system all in, then restarted my game and I pressed every letter that youtubers told me but nothing... guys I really need your help.
