    To anyone attempting to help, I EVEN tried it with a completely wiped gta. No Rage. No lspdfr. Nothin.... Just gta v, els, and scripthook. still freezing my game every single time. I've verified my game files, cleared cache/bin, and restarted multiple times. I've uninstalled asi loader and manager. I've done everything i could think of.

    I don't know what happened, but now my els freezes my game every time I activate lights or switch stages? I've cleared plugins, redownloaded scripthook, open iv, els, and even started on a fresh game file with just lspdfr and els ( with scripthook ) and its still freezing my game for like 10 to 15 seconds. Any ideas?
