    Hey i have modded my gta game for a long time and everything is working well. But there is one thing thats annoying me. If i hurt a ped like: hit or shoot or taser. When i am trying to cuff them when they have surrenderd after i hurt them it seems to be they fall trough the ground. See the video/link for an ful explanation/preview.
