It wouldn't even let me play the normal game. I just ended up reinstalling it

I did both of those things and it's still not working.

Yes I did. I also reinstalled RPH. I'm not sure how else to describe it. The rph loading screen does its thing and the suddenly stops right before it loads the game window. The picture below is what I see before it stops.

Every time I try and start up Rage Plugin Hook it stops and won't load the game. I'm not sure what the issue is, I've never had the problem before. It stops loading right after it says loading game window.

You need to install the vehicles into the latest patch day. Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf drag and drop vehicles into here. The xml file (for example SHERIFF2.xml) will need to be placed in ELS/pack_default. The els folder can be found in your gtav main directory- 18 comments
