    I'm sorry but I am not a fan of pushbars on unmarked vehicles and I am not so sure if window tint will do anything, but it probably will.

    Hello, to spawn the car you will need a trainer. The model name is 2018charU. If you have simple trainer like me you can go to "vehicle spawning" and go to the bottom where you see something similar to "Added vehicles menu" where you can see "2018charU"

    Did you add "<Item>dlcpacks:/2018charU/</Item>" without quotes in the dlclist?
