I have added a list of all supported vehicles at the end of this description for those who are curious about which packs specifically. I want to give a special thanks to the authors who included a link to my pack in their file! 
 
If you have a model or pack you want all blue or a different color (I will do all red/fire/EMS requests, but those will be uploaded separately), you may request it in the file comments.  However, my only stipulation is that I am allowed to post it on LCPDFR.com for others to use.  I will not do requests for models that will be private. The only exception to this is fivem communities/packs, see notes below.
 
A couple things to note:
 
 
Some vehicles have a +hi.ytd that also contain light textures.  If I provide a +hi.ytd folder, that means the blue/blue textures need to be placed in the +hi.ytd.  
This pack was uploaded in 2018, which sadly means that some older cars/packs may no longer be available.  
       • I can do non-ELS, please go to my other file of the same name (except it says non els). However, iff you want a mega pack done for a fivem server, you'll need to PM me on here or join the discord and make a ticket.

SuperCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR to add more callouts. Currently adds 36 new callouts!
 
With SuperCallouts I aim to add more unique callouts to LSPDFR with a uniform feel. I add both realistic and crazy new calls that will be played randomly. You are also able to disable and enable any features you choose. I recommend pairing this plugin with my other plugins DeadlyWeapons and SuperEvents to completely change how the game feels.

This pack is made for and tested on TickleMyElmo's LSPD Pack, I was un able to do some of the vehicles do to there being
no template, the 21 Tahoe is for Medic909 and uniFORM12oh2 version. This Pack will also work on other vehicles. Sorry I've been so un active for so long if your interested in what I have coming up in the future check out my discord server.

Installation:
Go to the model
Open the models .ytd file
Drag and drop my textures into the .ytd file then save
You will also need to put the textures in the +hi.ytd files for the models that have them.
 
-Do not reupload my textures anywhere.
-Do not claim my textures as yours.
-Do not share the pngs with anyone, have them download from the LSPDFR or GPM website.
-Do not use on FiveM without asking me first.

The amount of time that went into this project is absolutely insane. But I think it was worth it!
The CHP is my favorite department, so I'ts pretty understandable why I had to do this.

Hi All,
This is my very first vehicle texture pack. For those interested in any Pennsylvania PD's this is one of the Departments located in the state.
 
Textures included:
2014 Charger
2018 Ram
 
The textures fit on the 2014 Charger and 2018 Ram in the LSPD Pack by TickleMyElmo. I just love that pack so I had to give Elmo some credit.
Those of you that helped Elmo with that pack are also credited with in the pack.
 
Hope I have some Pa fans that will enjoy this pack!!!
 
Also, please don't repost these skins as your own and if you use them please give credit.
