    No, I use some plugins not only ELS. In the game Police cars do not work sirens (just lights) If I install game again, do I fix the problem ?

    Hi guys, I'm new this forum, While game loading Fatal Error writing on the screen and I downloaded ELS mod but it does not work. I watched Youtube videos ,but I can't solve the problem. Please help me guys. Thank you.
