Go to OpenIV, look at the toolbar at the top, click the "Tools" icon, and select 'ASI Manager". From there you can uninstall and reinstall the ASI Loader.

To determine which copy of the GTA V you want to run, you have to rename them like this:
 
If you want to run the firefighter copy, 
 
rename your LSPDFR copy to - Grand Theft Auto V - Police,
 
and rename your firefighter copy to - Grand Theft Auto V.
 
Apply the same method if you want to run your LSPDFR copy. Rename "Grand Theft Auto V - Police" to "Grand Theft Auto V," and rename your firefighter copy to "Grand Theft Auto V - Fire."

I would guess yes now. I did not even bother with trying this time tho'. Since LSPDFR had expanded so much. A lot of those once ' must haves' just do not seem up to snuff these days, and the newer things.. well they are just better IMO.   I honestly, again.. would avoid any of the much older things that rely on any scripting or big changes unless made for the newer LSPDFR's.. my rule of thumb.. if not made for the last two versions.. it's probably dead.
Show my location works great still tho.
Spotlight works great.
Everything else... I am totally on Bejo's stuff now. 
 
EDIT Arrest Mgr is out of date by 9 months now. I d not use it.

Not to my knowledge, however LSPDFR does include ambient traffic stops that you can come across.

Wait for the plugin developer to update the plugin or downgrade to 4.6. BejoIjo has written in code to disable the plugin if you are not running the target version of LSPDFR, nothing you can do but wait.
