This was made about the time a released my ULSA Police CVPI - It's being released now as I got slightly side-tracked on other projects instead of fixing some of the liveries.
Anyway I made this just to practice a bunch of liveries in hopes of improving, some came out better than others but I'm happy with 90% of them.
And yes, I did a livery for every hospital in the game - Why? We will never know.

St. Fiarce Hospital for East Los Santos Mount Zonah Medical Center The Bay Care Center - Paleto Bay Davis Hospital/Central Los Santos Medical Center Pillbox Hill Medical Center Portola Trinity - Yes this is a medical center in the game off of Dorset Dr. - Would they have medics like this? No, but whatever. Eclipse Medical Tower - This also probably wouldn't have medics, but they do now. Sandy Shores Medical Center

Just a little unmarked CVPI using a Whelen Flatlight with a minimal setup, I might expand on this and add more cars but who knows. - Who knows? I do! As of the 10th of July 2023 I am revisiting the project after someone reported a pretty big bug that has annoyed me. Whilst remaking the CVPI from scratch, why not add more cars?

1998 CVPI - Cancelled due to model issues. Update: 2011 CVPI (Found a new bug, rear left door has broken collision, this breaks the animation + you can't close it. Repair the car to close as a temp fix until I remake from scratch once the other cars are all added. 2018 Charger - Pending release 2014 Tahoe - Pending release 2019 Tahoe  
New features planned for future updates: 
Reverse light flashers. Amber warning lights in rear of vehicles. Takedown lights.

What does it do?
Hydroplaning is a simple RPH plugin that makes it so if you are going over a certain speed (configurable) in the rain or snow, you lose grip. This also affects AI. The time grip is lost for is also configurable.

so I wanted to learn reflective liveries, and who better than fire rescue to test it on.
Livery is fictional however using the black + white combo was inspired by EmergeNYC's Montgomery County units.
 
I would've added more units if there were more free dev models for more with LODs but there isn't so I hope you all enjoy it as is.

This mod gives GTA its own realistic weather system! Weathers transition as the day continues in game giving more variety in the sky. Read below to see what this mod has to offer:
 
This mod is open source and includes APIs for developers.
 
Features:
Weather Sync to a real life location(Requires API key(API is free..DO NOT SHARE YOUR API KEY) and some setup in order to use) BROKEN Custom realistic forecast Temperature and weather condition included Predicted (in game) time when the weather will occur On screen UI Forecast Current Weather  For real life weather sync and forecast BROKEN Ability to customize the position and scale of UI  Customizable temperature for different weather conditions yes there is a way to switch to Celsius but default is Fahrenheit cuz 'Murica!

Installation:
Drag and drop Plugins folder into main game directory. Install OIV by dragging and dropping into OpenIV. The OIV file is mandatory. 
The time interval in the ini file is representative of in game time. A conversion from in game time to real life time was kindly made by Krazy Manuel and is provided down below.
 
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
The Severe Weather Event from ImmersiveAmbientEvents by @Echooo is not compatible yet with DynamicWeather. Please disable that event if you want to use DynamicWeather. You cannot have freeze time OR force weather enabled in any trainer. Otherwise, DynamicWeather will not transition between weather.  Some graphic mods consider weather differently. Thus, the graphic shown for different weather settings in GTA may not represent the weather accurately. You are welcome to edit the image names yourself to fit your graphic mods. I do not log the location from the ini in the RagePluginHook.log. However, if you have trouble with the api working, I will need to know what the location is so please choose something more generic so any identifying information is not revealed while I am trying to debug. The time interval in the INI is measured by IN GAME HOURS.  
 
Customization:
All textures can be customized. Just make sure the weather textures is optimized for 96x96 and the notification texture is optimized for 64x64.

Important: I've seen a few people not do this, maybe a lack of GTA knowledge on tint and pearlescent paint? Anyway when spawning SET THE PAINT TO CLASSIC BLACK in a trainer, and also TURN WINDOW TINT ON AND OFF otherwise the lightbar corners and headlight/taillights will be black and the red paint will look stupid with Rockstar's dumb yellow tint.
 
This is a 2019 Toyota Tundra based on the Los Angles County Fire Department Lifeguards, this originally was going to be a private build for myself but a few people wanted me to release it, so here.
 
Included is a Los Angeles County version and also a Los Santos County version, which was requested.
 
Not too much going on with it, it's a pretty basic build.
 
Before any major LA fan yells at me, yes I am aware it has the wrong lightbar. I am using a Whelen Liberty I not a Liberty II, because I'm not paying for a Liberty II, which I can't even afford right now, just for this build. Be grateful I'm using Roegon's paid Lib I.
 
One last thing, before anyone comments it, the screenshots are not duplicated. They are in the exact same place/time/angle but if you look at it, one is LA, one is LS.

Here's a 2015 CHP FPIU I have been working on for a little while now. This is my first CHP release to support DLS, and I plan on supporting DLS for all of my CHP models going forward. Older CHP models of mine will also be updated to support DLS over time. 
 
There are some options to choose from including SAHP and CHP textures, with the CHP textures already in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Hey, welcome to my first ever model release! This was my first ever time using Zmoddeller3 so the models may not be the best out there but I think I did pretty good.
