I don't have any plans to update this pack, I don't even do ELS anymore. That being said, it should be easy enough for you to convert to blue and blue yourself. Open the ytd and find the emergency light textures, and using any image editing program such as paint.net just copy the blue textures over the red ones. For the reflections, just change the colours in the ELS xml files. -
It is, the easiest way to do so is download and install Lenny's Mod Loader. After installing the mod loader, you can use the "Download with LML (Convert)" button located under the main download button. This will make Lenny's Mod Loader convert the file automatically and can be spawned using the spawn code in the RAGE console as if it's an addon. In this case "Spawn rx14hoe".

Hey all, something a little different this time, I thought it'd be fun to try and recreate a real unit instead of my usual fictional stuff and so I did. This an an NYPD Highway Patrol CVPI based on this, this probably isn't perfectly 1:1, I just wanted to get close. Brother Imma say it once more because clearly I didn't make it obvious enough for you. I know it isn't a big deal, which is why it also isn't a big deal I haven't done it. If people want it so bad they'll do it, usually people use LML anyway. I made it obvious that I used videos and that addon creator tool, and it didn't work. And would you look at that, you doing it has caused a collision issue, it clearly it don't work well for you either. And to make it extra clear for the last time: No, I will not make it a DLC for anyone. Thank you. I spend too much time and money on this hobby to release it free and have to deal with this. -
Couple things: 1. I never said it was a big deal. 2. What do you think I used when I previously tried. Also what stops you using that tool? All the files you need are here. Don't be an ass about it.

Nope. I do not have the knowledge to make DLCs, I've tried in the past several times and it never works. Usually you can use LML to automatically install FiveM cars to SP as addon, however LML requires an update to work on this latest version. Whenever LML updates, just use that.

For some reason everyone says this, I guess it isn't the most know solution. AI can use DLS vehicles just fine - just there is one requirement to allow them to. To make DLS vehicles AI friendly, you need to open the vehicle.meta for the DLS vehicle and looks for "<audioNameHash>" and make sure it is using the audio of a default police car, so either "POLICE", "POLICE2" or "POLICE3". After that they should work - they always do in my game. -
This was made about the time a released my ULSA Police CVPI - It's being released now as I got slightly side-tracked on other projects instead of fixing some of the liveries. Anyway I made this just to practice a bunch of liveries in hopes of improving, some came out better than others but I'm happy with 90% of them. And yes, I did a livery for every hospital in the game - Why? We will never know.
