You can use PoliceSmartRadio-LITE: https://github.com/fac851/PoliceSmartRadio-LITE It works with Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup.

"No action has (yet) been assigned to ..... No plugin has assigned itself to the button, or you may have gone on duty twice - make sure only to go on duty once." If you have gone on duty twice PoliceSmartRadio stops functioning correctly, just quit the game and restart. (To prevent it you have to restart the game before going on duty again.)

If you mean with PoliceSmartRadio-LITE, to use all extra functions you also need to install Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup.

@Demuth I know this has been asked before, but would it possible to make a version of SmartRadio which runs without Traffic Policer? Is it really dependent on the Traffic Policer.dll or is it just a check at startup of SmartRadio (like Arrest Manager)?
