I removed it off every single patchday and imported it into only 1 which is patchday 22, It didn't work so when I deleted it off 22 and placed it on 21, and it still doesn't work, Any solutions?

Mod I'm trying to install - I downloaded this mod, opened "Vehicle Without PB,Wrap or spotlight" where it includes - police2.yft police2.ytd police2_hi.yft police2_hi.ytd and imported them to Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday(from 1 to 22)ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and imported all of these into patchday1ng - patchday22ng and when i go ingame > F4 > spawn POLICE2 it shows the original POLICE2 vehicle from GTA V, not the modded one. Any idea how to fix this?
