    A ReadMe would be nice. I have no idea how to install these things. Im currently using the L&O EUP, will it interfere with that? Im from VA and would love to have these in my game.

    Traffic Policer is a good plugin to use for road management. I usually set up the blue "Police Do Not Cross" bars when I intend to close a lane. Issue is that they do not go around it, and sometimes they will sit there and rev their engines, honk excessively and burn their tires lol

    I am literally having the exact same issue right now and I have no idea what I did or how I need to fix it.. Did you ever figure out what was causing yours? Can someone please help?
