goof

i have a legit copy of GTA IV on steam. Every time i run the setup up i get Failed to find a valid installation. Please use the browse option to locate your game installation. But ever time i use the browse option it doesnt do anything. Also if i do a manual install i get a failed to load LCPDFR message.

my pc is pretty good but sometimes the map doesnt load and if i play the game for around an hour it usually stops working so does anyone know the best settings or what i can do to fix this? i usually am running about 4 scripts with only 4 custom vehicles. Also what is better to run first response on regular gta 4 or eflc

almost everytime i download a car on here the download gets corrupted, usually it says download had an unexpeted error. If anyone could help me with this that would be awesome. It never use to do this too which is the weird thing.

when ever i download a car and then go into the game the police lights dont work, what am i doing wrong?
