BREAKING NEWS: Los Santos has suffered their third train wreck this year! At around 10:41 PM, a freight train carying cargo full of metal parts, experienced a malfunction. While the conductor was making sure the train's systems were going well, the train suddenly sped up and the conductor could do nothing at all to slow it down. The train sped up from 32 mph to a wopping 200 mph and blew right through the streets of Davis in the Los Santos County area. Unfortunately while the train was speeding through the streets of Davis, an unfortunate driver drove across the tracks and got t-boned by the train right at the front. After the collision, the vehicle's front was flattened and flew under the train causing the wheels to get stuck and stop the train from continuing further. After the conductor unfroze and realized what had happend, he jumped out and called the police. In a later interview with the conductor, he said this, "After I hit the car I was just shocked, I had no idea what had happend and I have had nothing close to this happen before." When fire and EMS arrived along with police, it was to late. The driver of the vehicle died upon impact and was bloody all over. Fortunately though, the conductor was fine and just had some minor bruises from the sudden stopping of the train. After the scene was cleared up, the conductor was taken into police custody where he was interviewed and released. After talking with the Los Santos Railroad Association, all trains were shutdown immediately and were requested to be checked. During an interview with one of the administration members apart of the Los Santos Railroad Association, they said this, "We make sure our trains are well kept and any and all minor problems are reported to a high rank immediately. This usually never happens and we are invesigating on the cause as we speak." The Davis road where the collison occured will remain closed for an indefinite amount of time. UPDATE: FIB Director Zack Dixon goes into detail on the recent LifeInvader hacking incident. During the live video, this is what was explained. "Spending a lot of time in my office and spending a lot of time with my investigators, we now know that the suspect who hacked the LifeInvader database knows what he is doing, and is NOT a person to play with. So far we know that a laptop was used and the suspect had previous access to the database which hints that he was a former high role in the LifeInvader corporate office. We know that the suspect lives somewhere in the middle of the city or somewhere near Vinewood. If you have any information or anyone you know that might be acting suspicious, please contact the FIB immediately. One thing that was also confirmed during our investigation is that an external device wasn't used and it was just coding done by the hacker himself. We suggest that everyone change their passwords on everything as we don't know as of yet of what this hacker is capable of doing." - LSNN Reporter Zack Perry, 12:01 PM EST, May 30th, 2021 -
