Oh thanks but trust me I tried installing l&o using OpenIV several times and it just doesn’t work, and I installed EUP Configurations.

My eup for some reason makes all the uniformes weird, like, not even police uniforms anymore, some of them have like random shirts and some doesn’t even have arms or something, pls help. (Like, police uniforms can turn into clowns and stuff like that, even AI models are effected by it)

lspdfr was running fine without police smartradio, traffic policer and arrest manager, for some reason every time I install any of these three, lspdfr gets terminated on startup. I have already had this issue before and had to completely reinstall lspdfr in order to solve my problems but when I go to install police smartradio again it gets terminated. However the first time this happened was when I added Assorted Callouts to lspdfr and the games starts crashing, before that, police smartradio was working just fine but now it's not. As most websites and youtubers suggest, I installed VisualV and crancked my settings inside visualsettings.dat to 400 and 280 but it not only didn't make my ELS police lights brighter, it turned my police lights to an almost white color, both the red and the blue. Can someone please help me with this, did I do anything wrong or did I put in wrong data. (the police lights are supposed to be brighter and more vibrant but just turned whiter and whiter for me, the higher I put the data, the whiter the lights become)
