    Hi guys, im new to pc and LSPDFR. I have everything installed and even ELS cars but the one thing ive noticed is that the lights arent flashing, only the tail lights. Any suggestions? I have uninstalled the ASI and re-installed it, restarted my pc, even deleted the car mods. Also im struggling with how to enable things such as the radar, police radio to call for transport, ect. I have Arrest Manager and Police Scanner installed. I know youre all probably thinking wow its so easy but im used to console and never had a pc or computer in my life. Thanks heaps everyone.
