Whenever I load lspdfr it says compatibility different and it’s with the arrest and policer it says it was ment for 4.2 but there is no download for 4.2 how do I get these compatible and be able to use them

help when i go to load up lspdfr it says all other mods have a diff version but i have downloaded current version of lspdfr It says I need lspdfr 4.2 but there’s only 4.6 How do I get the mods to like 4.6 cause it just keeps crashing cause it says they are not compatible
