What's wrong with the packs you linked?AFAIK you cannot select a specific "livery" if you are talking about different skins for the same model as the game just picks one at random when spawning the car (this allows you to have pseudorandom numbers on the cars). If you want a different livery you will have to copy the model to a different name and change the textures to the new livery. What model of car is spawned is set in the agency.xml file; what agency responds in what area is set in the backup.xml file; the areas are defined in the regions.xml file.What clothes are you trying to install? Can you link it? What issues are you having? I would recommend starting with EUP as a base.I don't believe this is a feature (yet). But you could disable all callouts via the interaction menu (or plugin) then use the API function StartCalloutYou should develop based on what you want. Try looking at other callout mods for inspiration and seeing if what you are doing has been done before.This is most likely caused by ALPR+. This mod is not compatible with LSPDFR 0.4.6 and causes the game to crash. Try removing this mod and see if it fixes the problem. You need to put cars in the game files via Open IV.All those settings can be found in your Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data folder.
