Actually, I did this a while ago, not sure if it still works but just put an ELS vehicle into the stream folder and put the ELS XML in the normal spot. And if its a non ELS vehicle just use a file called "make non ELS vehicles ELS" and you can use it like an ELS vehicle just without all the stages.
