It was set to us then I changed it as you said but it still not working anything else that might be causing it?

Recently I have installed Vocal Dispatch, but when I load into the game it says "Vocal Dispatch could not load, read RagePluginHook.log". Please help me. RagePluginHook.log

@turbofandude When I try and load into the game the vocal dispatch mod wont load, it says error loading
