Another thing you could try is going into the GTAV settings, in-game and go to the graphics settings. Turn off Vsync. I think I also read that the most recent DirectX is 11. You might down scale that to 10. That is also there in the settings. Sometimes that helps.

Lennon1 reacted to DrHarry007 in Any way to remove guns from AI cops?Yes, although only for cops removing guns. You need to go into the Agency.xml in 'lspdfr', and add something along the lines of 'no firearm = true'. I'm sorry I can't be more specific than that because it was quite a while ago.
Do the same with Ultimate Backup and only use callouts that don't spawn in cops with guns and / or criminals with guns
