1. Do you have a link to the original file? Rotation is done through the carcols.meta file that should be included with the file
2. I would look up tutorials on rigging ped models for GTA V Basically any model will work as long as it is scaled and rigged properly
3. In Cartres' Discord
4. I am working on converting several Seagrave base models. An Engine, Ladder and Rescue to be exact. I'll post it in my Discord when it is complete
5. Odds are the material order got messed up somehow. If you join my discord server I have an entire dev section for issues like this If you are having issues, feel free to join my server. I have a dev section for issues with development stuff
6. Working on the updated versions of those models
7. The new versions of the slick tops are coming, they just aren't done yet
8. Thank you so much! There are a total of 20 vehicles planned for this pack so a lot more is coming!

Join my Discord https://discord.gg/4qXwJ2r3aQ This file is BC Design's DLC only. It contains no models. However for installation convenience this DLC is already pre-loaded with carvariations, handling, and vehicles meta entries for over 100 models that are planned and will be updated with new model releases. -------------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: 1. Drag and drop the BC folder into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks 2. Open the dlclist.xml found at mods/update/update.rpf/common/data 3. Copy and paste this line at the bottom
dlcpacks:/BC/
4. Install any of my mods in the new dlc by following this path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/BC/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf 5. This mod will be updated with each vehicle I release so be sure to update to the latest version when adding vehicles
9. I'll be posting an all new update later today to fix a lot of the issues this pack has. 6 vehicles are done and many more are coming
10. All is forgiven. What is done is done and there is no sense dwelling on it. What matters most is how you choose to move on from it and what image you decide to create for yourself from here on out. You're an outstanding dev who makes good work. Focus on that and improving all the things you mentioned above and you'll be the best damn dev out there. Reputations can always change
11. It's good to have you back. You're a big reason why I started developing but if I am being frank, your attitude toward the community led to other developers to take the same stance. Unfortunately the community has devolved into a toxic mess of developers hating on developers and those who know less than them. I am not saying that you are 100% to blame by ANY means, but this community started to become a lot worse when you left the last time. I appreciate you taking the time to write this out and confront your past attitudes head on. I see this as a good way to level the playing field and open the door to honest conversation amongst devs and a mutual drive to be better. For a long time I've told people that the LSPDFR community really needs a revival and a return to non-paid, high quality free mods. Too often people are out for a quick dollar to be made rather than a passion for developing mods. This shift in attitude on your part could be a huge factor in turning the tide of the community as a whole. You've gained a ton of my respect back that you'd previously lost and I'm grateful to have you around. With love, -BC
12. Jesus dude, I made one of these a while back and I just gotta say the quality on this one is top notch. I will definitely be using yours in the future! Hats off to you
13. That is because they are not ELS lights. This is an ELS hybrid so you need to use my dlc
14. The bikes will be a separate pack of motorcycles that match the liveries of all 4 major departments, LSSD, BCSO, SASP, and LSPD. I do not have plans to make a Chevy Caprice nor will I ever do so as it is a vehicle I really do not like personally and it is not commonly used
15. It clearly says in the description of the download that you MUST use my custom DLC for all features to work properly. Make sure you have that installed
16. That would be the car radio in the LSPDFR menu
