I wanted to create more cohesion with my departments, so I put this together, to be a believable lore-friendly companion department to my SAHP livery pack I'd already done. I decided to re-do any of my state liveries to incorporate the diagonal color slash down the front doors with the department shield in the center. I'm working on a State Parks pack, as well as a small Capitol Police pack to complete the design theme. I also put for some of the older vehicles an "older" livery to show an in-universe transition between liveries, so that's why the late 90's and 00's vehicles have different liveries.

Animal Control F450 is from Zeakor but there is no link available. It's available on some third party sites I believe.
 

My park ranger texture pack! I haven't seen many ranger textures in a bit so I've made some myself. Not based off of anything, just a fictional pack.

For ultimate cohesion/immersion with your background non-law enforcement vehicles, I scrapped and cobbled together this set.
Transit Police liveries are the only ones I did NOT put together myself. Those are from Chief1234, and I highly recommend their CVPI file (attached below) with their livery. I just adapted it to fit other vehicles. 
The bus liveries are enhanced (from the ground up) vanilla Transit liveries by me. I added ads to the sides and rear, and designed the Rapid Line blue liveries to add some variety to the buses. 
I don't have a link to the F150's used, and the liveries are transparent. I used the orange color base, or 38 in carvariations to make it always spawn same color. Supervisor livery is white or 111 for carvariations.
The old RTS bus already had a similar livery, I linked that as well despite not attaching any liveries for it. They're included with the original and it's quite good.

Here's another release by request from a couple people, loosely based off my department with a couple personal touches. I am really proud of how well these turned out, I hope y'all enjoy!
 
These decals were outfitted for:

These are the cars my department uses, this pack will likely not be expanded upon unless I chose do recreate our decals that are currently on our new cars. They are pretty different from the current ones so I make no promises that it will happen but stranger things have happened.

I decided to create two distinct DOT departments, a municipal one for the city of Los Santos, as well as a statewide one for San Andreas. 
For the LSDOT, I added in some different Depot names and matching logos, Adam's Apple Blvd, Chupacabra St, and Rancho. 
In addition, a couple police tow liveries (the SAHP one matches my SAHP Livery set)
 
And just as an added bit, a couple Los Santos Customs "Authorized Police/Highway Tow" liveries.
 
I wish I could link more free tow trucks, but unfortunately it seems at the moment, all the quality tow models are paid in this community. Hopefully that changes at some point, but for now, here's some free liveries.

Pretty big project that I've been making for the last few weeks. 
 
This pack includes: 
Every vehicle has unique numbers and plate numbers so each vehicle is a little different.
Each vehicle comes with a supervisor car.
The two Explorers come with K9 variants for your K9 patrols.
A ghost livery for the 13 Explorer.
The Crown Vic comes with a "crusty" variant, kind of adds some life to the pack.
AO maps on each texture so your vehicles look a bit better.

Inspired by a combination of different real-world liveries, I wanted a simple streamlined livery that stood out but had a realistic design as well.
The liveries included are transparent, in order to get the silver base, either use a trainer to change vehicle color or (preferable for AI use/uniform spawning) change carvariations file to make default spawn color silver (4). Bluish Silver also looks good, I've found.
Unit Numbers have 4 different prefixes:

Special Operations run out of substations, and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement is a division of Special Ops.
