I upgraded my PC hard drive and since then I get the error "Slow System or insufficient permissions." I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled. That didn't work. I changed the name of the folder, that didn't work. I turned off windows defender and that didn't work. I tried troubleshoot compatibility and that didn't work. Does anyone know anything else that I can do? Everything worked until I upgraded my hard drive.

I figured it out. So far we are 1 for 1 today. thanks for the help

This is a really dumb question...how would I open it then? I have been opening it up through Rage plugin. Would I open GTA first and then LSPDFR?

My issue is that LSPDFR works half the time. Sometimes I load it and it works no issues. I will go a day, like today, and I it won't load. I am able to open the game to play story mode, however LSPDFR doesn't work at all. It goes to a black screen with "LSPDFR loading." Any ideas what would cause it to wok 50% of the time. I haven't changed a thing, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I have the same issue as of today. Didn't play all week or install anything. Now today, the game won't even load.
