Yup, LA Revo seems to be the issue. A pity because it adds so much to the immersion/realism but oh well. Do you happen to know why it causes the freeze though? Seems to be from LA Revo's October update onwards, i.e. LSPDFR still works until the August update

have you found the fix yet? i have LA revo and Realism Beyond installed, same problem as you 😕 edit: la revo 2.0 is incompatible with lspdfr, unfortunately. i found some luck installing the mod until the september/october update, but there are some missing road textures. hope this helps you

I will try to include as many details as possible because I've tried everything and nothing has worked so far :(. Game runs fine with and without my mods folder, RPH loads EUP Menu and Cop Holster with no issues. If I make RPH load LSPDFR on startup, it makes the background loading screen go black and the "Loading Story Mode with Rage Plugin Hook" is infinite, if I tab out the game freezes and I have to terminate GTA 5 with task manager. If I load LSPDFR (before or after I load EUP and CH) in game through the F4 console, it stops at "LSPD First Response: [INFO] Copyright © 2015-2020, G17 Media, www.lspdfr.com" and the game freezes. Same thing, I have to terminate the game with task manager. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling LSPDFR with the OIV and with the manual install, same thing happens. "commandline" in the root folder is empty.
