  2. how do you stop the gta5 launcher updating after replacing police cars

    hello i am new to lspdfr i have just started to want to replace the in game police cars with others like better crown vics or chargers but after i replace the files in open iv and checked it changed i load up gta5 launcher and it says updating and replaces my files i own the social club version and i tried to boot lspdfr up with out WiFi on so launcher couldn't update but game didn't load
