When I do like Traffic Stops or anything that involves me talking with Ped no text dialogue show up on screen or if it does it only for a split second and then disappears off screen Here is my Recent RPH Log

So I recently set up my LSPDFR and Updated all my scripts and core files to 0.4.6. So I go on duty and notice that when I interact with Peds their responses glitch out. All my dialogue for callouts (When you have to interact with peds) and also ped interaction during traffic stop does not show on screen. Would anyone know of a fix that i can do to alleviate the glitching
