    Got my Explorer messed up in a high speed pursuit which started in the city and ended all the way out in the county.

    I'm pretty sure the issue will be addressed in further versions of LSPDFR.

    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks... Should be a eup folder. If not reinstall.
