Sorry i found the error it was the language settinng in windows

Hi, I installed Grammar police but when i am in GTA i only see the Status and when i Press the button to talk nothing happens and the same with the menu

Yeah i installed the xml files but i dont hear anithing of the plugin and i think its not loading but i dont know why

Hi I tried to install ELS and cars but nothing worked. If i want open the controle panel notihng works and if I press "j" key i dont hear a beep please help me tahnks. I aleready tried to reinstall els and lspdfr and removed my mods Folder.
