Customizable Plates does exactly what it says! This mod changes all GTA V plates' text to a certain template of your choice.
The default is California style, but you can change which type of character each slot is!

Scene Manager is a standalone plugin which allows you to create custom AI paths to help manage your incident scenes.  Follow the README for instructions, and don't forget to load the plugin with Rage.

Add more realism to your game with these Canadian licence plates!
 
Replaces the "SA Exempt" plate on the emergency services vehicles.  The letters/numbers on the plate will still be randomized in-game exactly as they are now.  The colour of the letters will match the plate as shown in the screenshots.

Requirements:

-LUA Plugin for Scripthook V (required for functional crossing arm and stop sign)
 
Installation:
1. Be sure to have ScriptHook V, ELS, Community ScriptHook V .Net and LUA Plugins installed first!
2. Drag the ytf and ytd folders into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. Drag the ELS VCF XML folder into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default folder
4. Drag the schoolbusdoors.lua folder into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\addins folder
 
To open the bus doors and deploy stop sign and crossing arm, press ":;" key. 
 
To close the doors and stow crossing arm and stop sign, press " ' " key (the key for quotation marks and apostrophe). 
 
ELS arrowboard for stop sign can be used by pressing Alt + [ if you don't have the lua script installed. I tried to avoid
scripting lua for working crossing arm and stop sign but part of ELS arrowboard code seems to be broken on using a specific.
arrowboard type.


 

This mod adds enhanced functionality by allowing you to conduct a full felony (high-risk) stop.

Make sure to put FelonyStop.dll and FelonyStop.ini and FelonyStop.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings. 
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.
 
Note: There may be some compatibility issues with Stop The Ped. When requesting a prisoner transport during the felony stop and having RecruitNearestCopForTransport=yes in STP's INI, it may cause a crash. This does not occur every time though.

Make Add-on Police Vehicles and Civilian Vehicles Spawn with Natural Traffic
 
Alright first thing's first, this is NOT A MOD perse,it's more of a write-up with a readme and a vanilla file inside a zipped folder. 
 
I don't have any coding experience but I'd love to make this into an installer for the community. 
 
If you want your add-on police cars/civ cars to spawn in traffic and with a wanted level.. THIS IS FOR YOU
 
If this isn't the right place for this please tell me. I've been using LSPDFR for years and have never uploaded or commented anything. 
 
Everything is explained in the readme but I'll provide the basics:
 
I have jumped around the internet trying to figure it out, so I've spent a little time here today writing this up for you guys.
I have added around 7 cars to each department in GTA and my game runs smoothly. Granted my hardware is amazing. 
 
Before following the write-up:
I'd recommend to install an upgraded gameconfig, heap adjuster, and packfile limit adjuster first or you may experience crashing. If you don't know how to use google let me know I'll send you a link.  I'm also gonna make the assumption that y'all have OpenIV, Rage Pluginhook, ScripthookV, and a trainer. I don't believe we'll need the latter three but it's always good to have.  Also make sure you installed the vehicles correctly, try spawning them in-game before trying to make them spawn naturally.  Keep in mind that the game wasn't really intended for these kinds of modifications to the METAs and YMFs, so don't add 40 police cars to the LSPD your performance will go down significantly.   
This is intended for use with Police add-ons but you can apply the same write-up to regular addons, except you will not have to modify the dispatch.meta
 
 
 

Please enjoy by yours truly. Locked, and no I won't convert to Non-ELS. I install it slots I don't use much so feel free to change where it installs too. Install in whatever Patchday you use, I use 15 still so yours might be different.  All I ask is have common knowledge on how to install mods. If not, google and many forum posts here are your friend. I'll be nice and even link a topic how to install here!

Blaine County Regional Police Pack
 
Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:
The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 
 
The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.
 
This pack contains:
2011 CVPI 2016 Ford Taurus  2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board 2016 Ford Explorer 2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board  
Features: 
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)
• ELS activated arrowboard
• Two packs: one with a middle white rotor, one without. 
• Optional 2k or 4k textures
 
TO ACTIVATE THE ARROW BOARD, USE ALT+[ (Default keys).

Known Bugs:
The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active. The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

The main reason for these specific instructions is due to how GTA V spawns the color of the bus.
If not installed properly, the bus can spawn with very weird colors.
 


To change liveries with SNT, bus signage uses livery1. Main bus livery uses livery2.

These are skins for Medic's Pierce Arrow pack, they include both Los Santos County Fire and Blaine County Fire. This pack also includes a skin for his silverado as well as full red light textures and els.xml file. I hope you enjoy these and I plan on making more upon new releases! This has been by far the best ELS Fire release to date in my opinion and I cant wait to see what he drops next!
