I think it's a issue with the add-on itself.

That's weird I don't know what the problem could be but maybe turn off the highbeam when you turn on stage 3 and it shouldn't turn on the next time you turn on stage 3.

Pretty sure you installed it incorrectly if there's amber in the front or you can edit that in the els xml. And the spotlight is meant to turn on, that particular spotlight is able to work with your pattern and work as a normal spotlight aswell. It's kanes template.

Well.... you named it "LAPD Tesla..... " So you would expect it to atleast have a acurrate pattern and it's not a cop car if it doesn't have a red steady burn in cali so technically if you are going for realism this isn't a cop car and would just seem like you are impersonating.

He was caught leaking 7gb of paid dev assets (about 600$ worth of paid assets) and therefore banned on all dev servers and I guess he was also the spammed on here so he decided to deactivate or he got banned.

I included a addon one which has both the lspd and bcso skin but then I decided to make a addon replace for the sheriff2 and police3 so that those cars would only respond as the sheriff2 for example with only the sheriff skin meanwhile the police3 would only respond as the police skin. benzo has tutorials on how to download add-on vehicles to your game and they don't spawn in as sheriff2 and police3. You will need a trainer I personally recommend simple trainer and spawn it through there. The spawn codes are in the winrar.

for the replace? If you mean for the add-on replace then the FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG is probably missing there's youtube tutorials on how to add it you can check them out

Sadly no since I dont have a good base for it and the only good one costs around 120 bucks so I will sadly pass on that even tho the 14 FPIU's are one of my favourites.

Right now I'm not home a week but best believe when I'm back I will finnish a FPIS since I already had one in the works but just didnt finnish it yet aswell as a 14 tahoe and I was also thinking about a durango.
