    tried following all the instructions and looking at youtube videos but I keep striking out or I am missing something. when I try to open the mod manager it asks what do I want to open it with? After watching some videos it looks like they have already got a file that reads both (see below) but I only have the .exe ModManager.UI.exe ModManager.UI
