    Your RageNativeUI is out-of-date as indicated by this line:

    [1/4/2020 11:35:43 AM.541] LSPD First Response: RAGENativeUI.dll out of date. Required version of RAGENativeUI to run this mod: 1.6.3.0
     
    To fix that, go here and download the latest RageNativeUI and drag and drop it into your GTA 5 Main Directory.
