  1. Why do I get the same ped to pursuit each time I play ?

    Hi there ! Each time I play LSPDFR I got the same ped in the same car as a red blip on the map. I arrest him and issue an arrest report and I see the report in CompuLite. The next time I play I arrest him again but there's no records on the previous report and I don't see any in CompuLite also. Is it a bug someone saw within LSPDFR or one of the mods ? Thanks !
