I have this same issue and have done everything that i know of, and more. Has anyone found a resolution to this issue that could help a brother out?

Since installing lcpdfr and a couple of other compatible mods the game worked fine and smoothly, but since adding Double Doppler met police mods to the models using the OpenIV application, lcpdfr keeps saying it cant find a save file?? I've deleted and reinstalled lcpdfr, removed the models, deleted saves and it continues to say it.
